We will confirm the reservation and obtain a reservation confirmation number
You pay a deposit or in full to secure the reservation
We then email your hotel confirmation invoice
Online Reservations
STEP 1
Once you have obtained your quotation click the 'Continue' button
This will take you to the “Hotel Reservation Summary “ page which is your
“double check” to ensure that you have the reservation details you require. You
should read our “Booking conditions” and once satisfied click on “Continue”
Remember that you always have the option of making a telephone reservation by calling :

Complete the Hotel Booking Form
The booking form will ask for the passenger details and the address and contact
details of the “lead” client.
The fields highlighted in red are compulsory and therefore must be completed for
the online reservation to continue.
Special Requests
There is also a text box where you can tell us about any special requirements or
instructions that you might have ie bedding configuration or special occasions
etc..
You are now ready to proceed to our “Secure payment
area” so click on “Continue”
STEP 3
Secure Payment area
The secure payment area is the section of the booking form that holds your credit
card details. When you submit your credit card details the information is
encrypted so that it cannot be read by anyone except by us via our secure
server. Insert your credit card information , the currency you wish to pay in ,
and the amount. Once you have completed this step click the “Submit “ button and
our reservation will be sent immediately to us.
STEP 4
 Receive
Your Provisional Booking Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming that your reservation is being processed.
We will only debit your credit card once we have checked
that your exact booking requirements can be met. We will respond by
sending you a reservation “Confirmation invoice” . If for any reason we cannot
confirm your reservation we will contact you by email or telephone to advise
you.
